"Last week was my first time ever shopping in any Cycle Gear. I must say i was very pleased with my whole experience from walking in the shop until end of purchase. As I entered the store it was pretty apparent that maybe that day they were under staffed but the Guy working I believe his name was RJ was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Despite him being the only person working the entire store and seeming a little stressed he handled every customer and situation with diligence, patience and kidness. I knew nothing about the motorcycle jacket helmet and other gear that i knew i need but he gave me great persnal and professional advice on everything I inquired about. That made the shopping experience 10 times easier than I expected to go. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future to pick up a few more items. I would highly recommend this store/location for future shopping."
